Yes, for the right buyer. The OREI World Travel Plug Adapter M8 Max ranks #1 in our Best Travel Adapters for Multiple Devices list (best overall). Its biggest strength: six charging points in one unit, two AC outlets and four USB ports. The main caveat: larger footprint than compact single-outlet adapters.
Keep in mind that larger footprint than single-outlet adapters.
Six charging points and a grounded design at roughly half the price ceiling. Its case rests on 18W USB-C PD is a genuine speed upgrade over basic USB-A-only budget adapters and grounded design covers laptop chargers safely. Keep in mind that 18W USB-C still isn't enough to fast-charge a laptop directly.
The tradeoff: larger footprint than compact single-outlet adapters.

The main trade-offs owners and reviewers point to: larger footprint than compact single-outlet adapters; 18W USB-C is enough for a phone but not fast enough to usefully charge a laptop; some plug heads fit slightly loose on certain regional outlet styles per owner reports.
2 USA-standard outlets, 3 USB-A ports plus 1 USB-C PD 18W port, Interchangeable plug attachments for 150+ countries, Grounded 3-prong design and Built-in fuse protection.

The UK, Ireland, Malta, and Cyprus use Type G, a three-pin rectangular plug. Continental Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most of the rest) uses Type C or Type E/F, a two round-pin plug. A single-plug adapter bought for France will not fit a UK outlet, and vice versa. If your itinerary includes both the UK and mainland Europe, use a universal adapter with swappable heads rather than a single fixed-plug model.
Almost never for modern electronics. Europe runs 220-240V versus 120V in the US, but nearly all phone, laptop, and camera chargers are dual voltage (listed as 100-240V on the brick) and only need a plug shape adapter. The exception is single-voltage appliances, most commonly hair dryers, curling irons, and straighteners rated for 120V only. Those need an actual voltage converter or a dual-voltage travel version of the appliance, not just an adapter.
